Introduction

Vrboska, one of the most charming villages is located in the northern coast of Hvar island. It is a peaceful town ideal for a quiet family holiday with typical Dalmatian houses, illuminated by a multi-arched stone bridge. Near the bridge is a tiny green reef which expresses a picture of tranquility. The town and harbour is at the base of a deep cove carpeted with pine forests, olive trees and vineyards; at one end of the cove is an ACI Marina. The most popular beach is Soline, a pebble beach with alot of  pine tree shade located only 1km from the town centre. There is a hotel right by the beach which offers all the tourist facilities needed for an unforgettable holiday. The towns of Hvar, Jelsa, Starigrad are all only a 10-30minute drive from Vrboska and ideal for day excursions.
